PAINTING
Aida's paintings are a way for her to connect, transform, and push through different experiences from the past, present, and future, whether seen or unseen, known or unknown. As she paints, she tries to let go of all thoughts and connect with her feelings in that very moment.
Aida plays with the colours that come into her hand, allowing them to slowly speak to her; she then listens with her whole being to what wants to come forth. If she does not begin with colour, she starts with images she has received from the unseen world, which allow her to jump off from that point. But once she starts with colour, she again lets go of concepts and begins to move with the flow of the moment and time.
